Meaning and Intending to describe a fifty foot vide right-of-way extending north from Stillwater Avenue, with a 100 foot diameter cul-de-sac at the northerly end. Said right-of-way is shown on a Plan prepared by Pliaga S nay. Land Surveyors, dated February 11, 1983. entitled "Final Subdivision Plan of Stillwater Professional Park, Stillwater Avenue, Bangor, Maine for Stillwater Professional Office Complex Associates", which is on file in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, except that said right-of-way is 100 feet shorter than as shown on said Plan. The City Engineer proceeded to establish a grade for said Pen Plaza as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly edge of pavement of Stillwater Avenue at Bl. 116.08; thence ascending on a grade of 2.50% for a distance of 130 feet to El. 119.33, being the paint of curvature of vertical curve having a length of 160 feet and a external distance of 1.20 feet' thence along said vertical curve for a distance of 290 feet to a point Of tangency, at E1. 118.30; thence descending along said tangent on a grade of 3.50% for a distance of 298.5 feet to El. 107.85. being the northernmost limit of the travel way. No person or persons appeared at the time and plata set for the hearing. Penn Plaza sconstructed under an Agreement with Carl H. Snow, Jr., representing Stillwater Professional Office Complex Associates. -2- The road and attendant sewers have been constructed to acceptable City standards, and the Developer has paid his share of the development caste in full. The Developer has also furnished a Release Deed to the City for the above-described right-of-way. It is recommended that said right-of-way be established as a public may forstreetpurposes, to be named and known as Penn Plaza. The Planning Board, by their previous action to approve the Stillwater Park Office Complex Subdivision, has added Penn Plaza to the Official City Map.
