ORDERED,
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed,
on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Supplemental
Agreement (No. 2), a copy of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk, amending the Lease Agreement for Building No. 121,
Bangor International Airport.

Supplement No. 2 to
Lease No. DTFA12-81-L-R1452
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day
of , 1988, by and between City of Bangor, whose interest
n the property is that of o, hereinafter called the Lessor, and the
United States of America, hereinafter called the Government.
W I T NESSE T
WHEREAS. on July 20, 1981, Lease No. DTFA12-81-L-R1452 for apace designated
s Building No. 121 (Operation Building) located at Bangor International
Airport, Bangor, Maine, was entered into between the Lessor and the
Government: and _
WHEREAS. Article I of said Lease states that the leased property contains -
1.745 square feet of floor space on the first and second floor of the
premises know and designated as Building No. 121 (Operation Building).
WHEREAS, Article No. 1 of Supplement No. 1 the Government increases its
floor space by 560 square feet for a total of 2,305 square feet an the
first and second floors of the Building designated as No. 121 (operation
Building).
WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree to increase the square footage on the
first floor by 100 square feet; and
WHEREAS, Articles 2 of said Supplement No. l: states that the annual rent of
$18,324.72 at the r of $4,581.18 per quartet in arrears, at a race of
$7.95 per square Foote and
WHEREAS, the Lessor desires to renovate and change the space in the
Building designated as No. 121 (Operation Building): and
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agreeas follows:
1. The Lessor hereby increases space It leases to the Government *ds
the first floor by 100 square feet to

2. The Government shall increase the rent paid t0 the Lessor an
neral rental of NINETEEN THOUSAND ONE -HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND
SEVENTY-TWO CENTS ($19:129.72), at the rate of FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
.AND EIGHTY-TNO DOLLARS AND FORTY-THREE CENTS ($4.782.43) per quarter.
3. The rental payment stated in Article 2 herein is at the rate of
$7.95 per square foot.
4. The Lessor shall provide in addition to items of consideration in
the lease the following: -
a. Remove center x211, arise equipment, telco equipment and door
opposite sector officeent
h. Replace hall door with solid core door.
c. Refurbish all Wall and woodwork.
d. Install new drop ceiling and bights.

e. Install new carpet.
f. Clean and varnish existing door into sector office.
5. The effective dace of this Supplement 1a March 1. 1988.
6. N1 other terms and conditions Of the Lease are hereby ratified
and except as amended hereimbove, shall be and remain same.
