SUBJECT: Referral of Amendment to Chapter XII, Subdivision
Regulations - Subdivision. Variances
C.O. p 88-56
After reviewing the revision to this proposed amendment
which included some standards to be used in granting subdivision
variances, the Planning Board voted five in favor and none opposed
to recommend that the amended ordinance be adopted by the City
Council.
THAT the provisions of Chapter %II, Article 13, Section 1, including
Subsection 1.1, are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced by the
following:

After being informed that the Code and Ordinance Review
Committee had tabled action on this amendment to give Staff
time to provide standards to make this provision of the Ordinance
workable, the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to table
action until the Legal Staff provided a revision to this proposed
amendment.
