hearing on the above zoning amendment at its regular meeting on
January 19, 1988.
After considerable discussion as to the need for standardsto
use in reviewing special exceptions, the Board. voted five in favor
and none opposed to table this item to its next meeting pending
the submittal of redrafted standards by City Staff.

public hearing on the above Zoning amendment at its regular
meeting on February. 16, 1988. After considerable discussion. as
to the need to have some kind of standards to review special
exceptions, the Board votedthree in favor and are opposed to
recommend denial of the above zoning amendment to the City Council.
