the 'City cf Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended be hereby
.further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 304 Hancock Street (Tax Map
No. 55, Parcel No. 26) from Residential 5 Zone and Industrial 2 Zone
to Commercial 2 Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 56,000
sq, ft. and being more particularly indicated on the map attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

Action for a Zomig change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council end
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Beard, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior to such public
hearing), for all Chandee to the coning ordinance of the City of Hangar. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

Please be advised that the Planning. Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on. January 4,, 1988, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful consideration of. the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan, the Board voted five
n favor and none opposed to recommend denial of the above zone
change request.
