City of Bangor had partnered by sponsoring installations. Analysis of those installations would be provided in the future to determine the cost effectiveness. Vote: Motion made and seconded to provide continued sponsorship. No full Council Action needed Ћ͵ 5źƭĭǒƭƭźƚƓʹ ‘ğƭƷĻǞğƷĻƩ LƭƭǒĻ DĻƷĭŷĻƌƌ .ƩƚƷŷĻƩƭͲ LƓĭ͵ Cathy Conlow introduced the abatement and began with outlining the May 23, 2017 letter sent by Andy Rudzinski, Director of the Wastewater Treatment Plant to Getchell Brothers, Inc. ice plant located at 138 Hildreth Street. The request is in relation to the ice making equipment and its discharge of clean water into the sanitary sewer system. The letter proposes billing for 23% of usage, with the Committee proposing 5% and revisiting in three years. Vote: Motion made & seconded Ќ͵ ƦķğƷĻʹ .ğƓŭƚƩ ‘ğƷĻƩ 5źƭƷƩźĭƷ ƦĭƚƒźƓŭ tƩƚƆĻĭƷ ŅƚƩ ЋЉЊБ Kathy outlined the following upcoming projects: French Street-currently ongoing Union Street from West Broadway to Hammond Street Hammond Street from Union Street to Fifth Street Union Street from West Broadway to Interstate Lower Main Street from Dutton Street to Hampden town line-increase pipe size Mt. Hope Avenue-pit demolition to decommission and take out of the system. Perry Road Pump Station-new permanent generator and replace flow meter. Vote: No action necessary 1
