Pursuant to our policy on property disposition, staff approached the three abutters, who have expressed interest in acquiring a portion of the vacant land. Staff has prepared a 3-way split where each abutter would receive approximately 1,310 square feet of the 3,930 square foot lot. Each abutter would be able to add some yard or parking space as all three lots are very small. Staff will order a survey and prepare the necessary documents to be executed by the City Manager in consultation with the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor. This item was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Business and Economic Development Committee at its May 8, 2018 meeting.
