Sewer Abatement: Account #10017701 & #10017801 Andy presented the abatements for two properties in Judson Heights trailer park that had frozen pipe lines during the winter. The leak never entered the City’s wastewater system. Staff recommended the abatements. Vote: Moved and seconded, unanimous. 2. Whisper Drive Stormwater Structures Paul Nicklas stated this Council Order would accept interest in parcels to construct and maintain stormwater structures off Grandview Avenue on Whisper Drive in the Arctic Brooker Watershed area. The developer went out of business before the construction could be completed. Vote: Moved and seconded, unanimous. 3. Overweight Permit: 021674.00 Six Mile Falls Bridge Rehabilitation John explained this was a routine permit for overweight vehicles in conjunction with the MaineDOT project at the Six Mile Falls Bridge. Vote: Moved and seconded, unanimous. 4. Easement: MaineDOT Broadway John explained the easement was for an anchor to be placed on City property at the Broadway and I-95 Northbound entrance to accommodate lighting and help prevent traffic entering the I-95 exit ramp. Vote: Moved and seconded, unanimous. 1 5. Street Traffic Pattern Alteration: Park Street John informed the Committee a public meeting was held with eleven attendees. Six were in favor of the one way and two were adamantly opposed due to the re-routing of travel from their residential location. There was discussion pertaining to the intersection of Park Street and Center Street and Park Street and State Street area, as well as future improvements in the area. The Committee could expect to see a line item in the budget for such improvements. Councilor Graham expressed his concerns for the direction of the one-way travel on Park Street. Vote: Moved and seconded, passage. Councilor Tremble, Councilor Nealley, Councilor Davitt, and Councilor Nichols in favor, Councilor Graham opposed. Meeting Adjourned. 2
