No one spoke in opposition to this request. The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve the final subdivision plan with the condition that an agreement be executed and in satisfactory form with the City Solicitor regarding the construction and maintenance of the proposed private street.. _ NOTE: This final subdivision plan is for a three -lot subdivision located at approximately 1200V Ohio Street.
