The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above noted
subdivision plan at its meeting of November 6, 1989.
-Guy Abbatoni, the applicant, spoke in favor of the proposed
subdivision plan.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Board voted 5t 0 to approve the final subdivision
plan.
NOTE: This final subdivision plan is for a 32-lot subdivision
located on Outer Ohio Street.

Yankee Properties
a. Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval for a W
let subdivision located on Outer Ohio Street in a Rapidan -
tial 1 Zone.
b. This subdivision received preliminary plan approval on Octo-
ber 2. 1959. The land being subdivided abuts the Sunny Hol-
low subdivision and will share a common drainage easement
and stormwater detention pond.
C. The proposed subdivision will have public water and sewer
a
utilities. Lot s' range from 22.000 square feet to 9,950
square feet, with the average lot being 12,500 square feet.
The applicant will providedvation between this
subdivision and Sunny Hollow so As to allow a street to
interconnect the two.
d. The City Engineer's Office has reviewed the final plans and
finds the construction details to be in order. Staff would
recommend final plan approval.
