The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above-noted
subdivision plan at its meeting of November 6, 1989.
Ed Logue, of Civil Engineering Services, spoke in favor. No
one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve.
the final plat for the JAC/CO/SAC Subdivision. -
NOTE: This final subdivision plan is for a four-lot subdivision
located on Gilman Road.

a. Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval for a 9
lot subdivision located off Oilman Road in a Commercial 2
and Residential 1A Zone.
b. The Board approved the preliminary plan on October 2, 1989
with the condition that the thirty fact buffer be maintained
with trees and grass. The final subdivision plan does note
the requirement for trees and lawn in the thirty foot buffer
area.
C. The proposed subdivision will create a four lots for commer-
ial development. The lots will all be served by public
water and s services.
s. Three of the lots a approximate-
ly 30,000 squarefeetand ane lot is SS,000 square feet. All
the lots most the basic requirements of the Commercial 2
Zone.
d. The City Engineers Office has reviewed the final plans and
Staff would recommend final planapproval.
