Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval for a 9 lot subdivision located off Oilman Road in a Commercial 2 and Residential 1A Zone. b. The Board approved the preliminary plan on October 2, 1989 with the condition that the thirty fact buffer be maintained with trees and grass. The final subdivision plan does note the requirement for trees and lawn in the thirty foot buffer area. C. The proposed subdivision will create a four lots for commer- ial development.
