David Chasse, Esq., representing the applicant, spoke in favor of the application. P. Andrew Hamilton, an attorney representing the abutting property. owner, and Sohn Rohman, WBRDCR Architects, engineer for the housing development on the abutting property, also spoke in favor of the proposed final subdivision plan revision. Diane Jackson, a Howard Street resident, expressed concern regard,ny the high levels of existing traffic and traffic congestion along Stillwater Avenue. She questioned whether additional housing units should be constructed.
