The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above noted
revision to the approved Willows Subdivision Plan, at its
regular meeting of November 6, 1989.
David Chasse, Esq., representing the applicant, spoke in favor
of the application. P. Andrew Hamilton, an attorney representing
the abutting property. owner, and Sohn Rohman, WBRDCR Architects,
engineer for the housing development on the abutting property,
also spoke in favor of the proposed final subdivision plan
revision.
Diane Jackson, a Howard Street resident, expressed concern
regard,ny the high levels of existing traffic and traffic congestion
along Stillwater Avenue. She questioned whether additional
housing units should be constructed.
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion approving
the revision to the final subdivision plan with the condition
that a Roadway Agreement be executed between the applicant and
the City and that it meet with the approval of theJlltytS�3ycitor.

developmental subdivision located at 323V Stillwater Avenue - The
Willows Subdivision, having been reviewed by the Planning. Board and
found to be in general conformance with local subdivision laws and
State of Maine Statutes, Title 30, Section 4956, be approved. No
_public improvements are proposed, therefore, no bond required.
AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED TWT, the City Manager be hereby
authorized to executed a Road Agreement between the City of Bangor
and Sheldon I. Hartstone, a copy of which being on file in the City,
Clerk'.s Office.

4. Applicant requests a revision to the approved final pian for
a 40 unit developmental subdivision located off Stillwater
Avenue in a contract Residential 5 Zone.
b. The proposed revision entails a revision to the private
roadway which r s the property to the front. The
