At- tached is language whin would be added to the proposed amendment which would clarify the future of this triangular area which is in such close proximity to presently developed areas on an as and Stillwater Ave. What this would provide is that this area would remain on the Land Use Plan, but would clearly not be eligible for rezoning or develop- ment in the near future or until such time as the provision Of services and the adequacy of arterial street capacity in this Mall area is assured. b. we would recommend that the Planning Board recommend the Land Use Plan amendment as amended to the City Council.
