Dear Ed
For reasons that are lost to five six houses on
KenduskeagAvenue a e
not connected to the ewersystem. The
properties lie between twosewer
different lines servicing
Kenduskeag Avenue but apparently were snever connected. I
recently spoke to Sohn Frawley and he has indicated that it would
be passible at this time to makem a sort of connection from
these houses into one of the two lines.
I would like to be connected to one
of the lines and I an
the closest house to It had been the City's.
practice to share the financial burden for this connection. I
realize the City, for good cause,
changing that policy. It is
my thought, however, that these five or six houses, none of which'
are new, should enjoy the same benefit that was in existence at
the time the City, for some
reason, extended the sewer line from
a different direction without joinder.
The purpose of my letter is to ask for an estimate of costs
and municipal participation. After I get the information, I will
approach all of my neighbors that are without sewer to see if any
would like tc take advantage ou' an opportunity for sewer service.
very truly yours,
GROSS, MINSKY, MOGUL A SINGAL, P.A.
