The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above -noted
subdivision plan for a developmental subdivision for construction
of a nine -unit apartment building, at its regularly scheduled
meeting of November 6, 1989.
No one spoke either in favor of or in opposition to the proposed
request. -
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to aporove
the Final Plan for the Julie Sites Subdivision

b. The proposed subdivision is before the Board for approval
under the State Statute provisions which require 3 or
dwelling units in n building acquire subdivision approval•
This 9 unit apartment building wreviewed and approved by
the Planning Board on August 21, M9.
C. The pldn submitted indicates the nine unit building location
n the site and location of units within the building. The
Planning Staff would nate that this 1s the first such appli-
cation of this type to come before the Boartl since the amend -
Mento to the State's Subdivision Law. Staff would find the
Plan in order and would "Commend final plan approval.
