Real Estate Located on Allen Street
By Lhs City Coaxed of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED,
THAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Direebor, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have to real estate located on Allen Street in said
Bangor by virtue of undischarged tax liens recorded in the
Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed to
Mildreth B. Mills, formerly known as Mildred B. Lathrop.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to MILDRED B.
MILLS, formerly known as Mildred B. Lathrop, of Gaithersburg, Maryland,
all its right, title and interest inand to a certain lot or parcel of
land more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 219 Allen Street in said Bangor,
and further described in a deed recorded in volume 1651,
Page 265, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the aame premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed fpr the years 1985, 1986 and 1987 by virtue
of undischarged tax liens recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds In Volume 3661, Page 129; volume 3823, Page 67; and
Volume 4024, Page 249 respectively.
Grantee's address: 15015 Ouince Orchard Rd., Gaithersburg,
Maryland, 20878.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed
for the tax years 1985, 1986 and 1987.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G.
FIELD, Deputy Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day
of November, 1989.
