local aebdivieion laws and State of dein Statutes, Title 30, Section 4956, be
approved, subject to meeting the requirement for the pr viaion of improvement
guaranteesin accordance with the provision of Chapter XII, Article 8, of the
Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor.

allow the aPPlicent mere time to work out details with the
City Engineer on the construction of the Proposed streets.
It. At the time of this memorandum the Planning Office has not
received any further information from the City Engineer's
Office or the applicant.
C. Staff would recommend this item he continued failing any
updated information from the City Engineer.
