ORDERED,
THAT John G. Field,. Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have to real estate located on Fourteenth Street in
said Bangor by virtue of undischarged tax liens recorded in
the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed
to Margaret E. Tuck.

The CITY OF RANC-0R, a body corporate, located at Danger, County Of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to MARGARET E. TUCK,'
Of Bangor, PenWscot County, State of Maine, all its right, title and] interest
n am to a certain lot or parcel of land more particularly describad as

Real estate located at 200 Fourteenth Street in said Bangor
and further described in deeds recorded in Volute 1190, Page
149 and Volume 1838, Page 115, Penoscot Registry Of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by
John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes
assessed for the years 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987 by
virtue of Vndischarged tax liens recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 3393, Page 146; Volum 3525,
Page 86; Volans 3661,Page 341; Volum 3823, Page 313; and
Volae 4025, Page 116, respectively.
Grantee's address: 200 Fourteenth Street, Bangor, Maine 04401.
The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the City may have in
the aNve-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax
years 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrwMnt to be, sealed with its
corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOON G. FIELD, Deputy
Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of Septemher, 1989.
