The reasons for our request are as follows: 1. The property recently received a contract zone change from Agricultural sone to zoneR-JA, with the restriction of 14 lots and 4.0 acre ± of open space. 2. Existing soils and wetlands are not feasible for subsurface disposal. 3. There is a existing 8" sewer line on the opposite side of Davis road, within a few hundred feet of Pinson Road; and there isexisting 8" sewer line along Flagon Road a few hundred feet from the corner of Davis and Finson Road.
