The Planning Board held a public bearing on the above referenced Subdivision .plan at its regularly Scheduled meeting on June 19, 1989. Reymond J. Cote, Jr., representing the applicant, spoke in favor of the application. No me apoke in opposition. The Planning Board voted five in favor and none opposed to approve the final subdivision plan with the condition that there be s dedication of an additional 17 feet almg the Stillwater Avenue frontage for Stillwater Avenue right-of-way. Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval for con— struction of phase I of a 25 lot subdivision located off of Hagan Road and Stillwater Avenue. b. The Board may recall this plan received preliminary plan approval on April 181 1989. Applicant's plan indicates a dedication for the future widening of Stillwater Avenue of 7 fact. The existing right of way on Stillwater Avenue is 66 feet wide. Staff would recommend that the right of way be expanded to 100 feet. Staff would reend that the Board request applicants dedicate 17 feet of inland for future widen- ing. The subdivision plan before the Board only sets aside 7 feet for future widening. The Plan also notes lots which front on Stillwater Avenue will share one access. C. The City Engineer's office has reviewed the plan and finds it to be in order for approval. ' Staff would recommend final subdivision plan approval on the condition that the dedica- tion for future right of way is set at 17 feet.
