Commentary:
The Planning Board held a Dublin hearing na the above noted final plat
at its regularly scheduled meeting of August 7, 1989.
David .Chase, Esq., representing the applicant, spoke in favor of the
proposed final subdivision plan. No one spoke in opposition.
The Pleasing Board voted 5 to D in favor of a motion to approve the
final plat for this developmental subdivision plan.
