are proposed, therefore, no bond required.

Road - Richard Hawksley
a. Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval for a
five lot subdivision located on Essex Street and Burleigh
Road in a Residential 1 Lane.
It. This subdivision is located on the corner of Burleigh Road
and Essex Street. The land in question was a lot in the Deer
Knoll subdivision approved in the early 1980's. Two of the
proposed lots will access Surlaigh Road and three lots will
access Essex Street. All the lots are
