They wish to lease
12,000 Sq. F. of Hangar #115 and 3, 180 Sq.
F. of the low office/
workshop area attached to the hangar. The
lease is a five year
-lease with increments in rental rates, and
overrides from the
company. The company will do a member of
improvements to the hangar
and office area including a new roof, A credit will be given in
