Testing Be 4 ordained 6y W City Cousedl of City o/Baxynr, as 1bg ws: That Chapter V, Article 2, Section 5.15 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of- angor be amended by striking out the entire Section 5.15 (Personal Hygiene of Employees) and replacing it with a new. Section 5.15 as follows: 5.15 Personal Hygiene of Employees. Every restaurant employee shall be required to submit to an annual tuberculin skin teat for tuberculosis, and based on the re sults of this test, may be required to submit to art asocial chest x-ray. Based upon the results of such testa, the restaurant employee maybe issued a certificate attesting that he or she is allowed to work in restaurant. Such certificates are to be supplied by the Health Department. No employee will be allowed to work is a restaurant without a current tuberculosis test certificate. It shall be the responsibility ofthe licensee or his duly authorized representative in a estaurant to maintain an accurate record a all such employee tuberculosis test certificates. The Health Officer shall check the certificate on each employee at every inspection. In lieu of the annual tuberculin akin test, an succeed chest x-ray alone may be considered as he compliance with this provision.
