ORDERED, TEAT WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized funds for the construction of an interceptor Sewer to be constructed along Xenduakeag Strome and WfiEREAS, a portion of that construction will, of necessity, cross privately owned lands and WHEREAS, plans for the construction of a portion of this interceptor sewer have been completed by the Engineering Depertment of the City of Bangor, now, therefore, be it ORDERED, that the City Engineer 1s hereby authorized, acting for and on behalf of the municipal officers, to proceed with ac- quiring the easements is accordance with the provisions of P. & S. L. 1911, C. 238 and such further procedures relating thereto as are provided for in the General Laws of the State of Maine, and he is further 0=11ED, to report his findings to the City Council for further action.
