David Rapaport for the following described real estate located in said Bangor to be used as a public right-of-way to the bridge site: Lend Owned by A. David Rapaport A certain parcel of land located on the most side of %enduekeag Stream and described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer of land owned by the City of Bangor and known as Coe Park; thence northwest alongg the north- easterly property line of said Ooe Park a distance of 40 feet to a point; thence northeast at right anglea to the last described line a distance of 80 feet, more or lase, to the mean low water line of %enduekeag Streem; thence southeast along the mean low water line a distance of 90 feet, more or leas, to the north- westerly property line of land owned by the Pentecostal Assembly; thence southwest along said property line a distance of 40 feet, more or lose to the southeasterly comer of Coe Park, being the point of beginning. The above-descrlbed parcel contains approx- imately .073 acres. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises that were conveyed to the Grantor herein by a Quit-0laim deed from George L.
