ORDERED,
TEAT WHEREAS, the Morse 'a Covered Bridge Committ as intends
to restore the Morse's Bridge at a site located on Eenduskeag Stream
downstream from its original site, and,
WHEREAS, said Morse's Bridge would be used by the public
as a foot bridge and will require approach rights-of-way at either
end, now therefore, be it
ORDMRMD, that the City Treasurer be and is hereby authorised
for add on behalf of the City of Bangor to accept quit -claim deeds
from the United Advertising Corporation and from A. David Rapaport
for the following described real estate located in said Bangor to
be used as a public right-of-way to the bridge site:

A certain parcel of land located on the most side of %enduekeag
Stream and described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast comer of land owned by the City
of Bangor and known as Coe Park; thence northwest alongg the north-
easterly property line of said Ooe Park a distance of 40 feet to
a point; thence northeast at right anglea to the last described
line a distance of 80 feet, more or lase, to the mean low water
line of %enduekeag Streem; thence southeast along the mean low
water line a distance of 90 feet, more or leas, to the north-
westerly property line of land owned by the Pentecostal Assembly;
thence southwest along said property line a distance of 40 feet,
more or lose to the southeasterly comer of Coe Park, being the
point of beginning. The above-descrlbed parcel contains approx-
imately .073 acres.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises that were
conveyed to the Grantor herein by a Quit-0laim deed from George
L. Taoulas and louts Tsoulas dated Eovember 6, 1956 and recorded
in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, Volume 1554, Page 260,
and a Quit -Claim deed from Louie Rapaport dated November 6, 1956
and recorded in said Registry, Volume 1554, Page 262.

A certain parcel of land located on the east side of Kenduekeag
Stream and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly property line of
land owned by the Webber Realty Company on Harlow Street, said
point being approximately 233 feet southwest from the south-
westerly sideline of Harlow Street; thence deflecting northwest
at an angle of about 1000 to the right from said property line
a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence deflecting southwest
on a Sine parallel with the above-described property line a
distance of 50 feet, more or leas, to the mean low water line of
Kenduekeag Stream; thane southeast along the mean low water
line a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly
property line of the land owned by the Webber Realty Company;
thence northeast along said property line a distance of 50
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. The above-
described parcel contains approximately .17 acres.
Being a part of the premises deeded by A. David Rapaport
to the United Advertising Oorp. (Maine) by deed dated June 5,
1957, recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 1581, Page

its restoration is now projected, and as now laid out by the engineering depart-
ment of the City of Bangor, than In such event the foregoing described premises
shall revert to the grantor herein, or its successors and assigns. Also, if
work on the project of restoring said Worse Covered Bridge is not commenced

the grantor and grantee herein, that said project has been abandoned and the
foregoing described premises shall revert to the grantor herein or its successors
