A full description of all evidence men by the investigator mall be plainly printed or written in triplicate on all reports and Componenda- CooB giving the number of animals or poultry, properly enclosed, with the accounted value and the number of eenh giving their ages, average live weight and any office information that will grain in making a fair adjustment. When livestock, poultry or domestic rabbits, properly entered, are kept in an unincorporated plane, the owner may make complaint to the municipal officers of the poorest municipality adjoining, or the summer municipality when there is none adjoining who shall investigate rise complaint. Each report and recommendation most be signed by the investigator w the place provided for his or her signature.
