Be it ordained by the Cify CautuQ of the City of Baader, a (bgeaae
That Chapter III, Article 6, Section 4.8.1 shall he repealed and replaced
with the following:
4.8.1 Two Hour Meter Zone a. Parking in this zone for more
then two hours during the hours
of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. except on Sundays and holidays is
hereby prohibited. A fee of five cents for one hour or ten
cents for two hours is hereby designated for this zone and
meters installed therein shall be designated to accomodate
pennies, five cent coins or ten cent coins.
Note: In order to achieve consistency m meter rates, it is necessary
to change the present two-hour, on -street meter zones from the
present rate of five cents for two hours to the rate of five cents
for one hour or ten cents for two hours. It should be noted that
even in the off-street parking lots, the rate is Yen cents for two
hours. This will affect approximately 159 meters on Columbia
Street (8), Court Street (19), Hammond Street (40), Independent
Street (5), Main Street (15), Park Street (49), Union Street (7),
and York Street (16).
