Note: According to the records of the Treasurer's office
there are no outstanding tax deeds or tax liens against
the property of John J. Rollins.

(QUIT CLAIM DEED)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT City of Banff, a body politic and corp-
orate, situate In Penobscot County, State of Maine, in consideration of the Dollar
and other valuable considerations, paid by Heirs of John F. Rollins the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, sell and forever quit-
claim unto the said Heirs of John F. Rollins, their heirs and assigns forever.
All of its right, title, and interest in to certain lots or parcels of land
situated In said Bangor on the southeasterly side of Wiley Street, being Lots W26
(twenty-six) fifty feet front or. Wiley Street extending back one hundred seventy-
five feet, and Lot k28 (twenty-eight) fifty feet front on Wiley Street extending
back nearly one hundred am sixty-nine feet, as laid down on plan of sub -division
of lot k12, Holland Estate, made for Benning C. Additon October 17, 1890 by G. S.
Vickery, civil engineer, as extended November 26, 1897 by said Vickery, said plan
being recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 6, page 24, referred to.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises, with all the privileges and
appurtenances thereof, to the said Heirs of John F. Rollins, their heirs am assigns.
