Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the City Planning Board has held a
public hearing on the subdivision of ten 110) lots of land owned by
H. Rankin Grant.
This subdivision is situated immediately north of the Inter—
state Highway and on the west side of Union Street.
The Planning Board would respectfully recommend approval of
the subdivision subject to the rece ipf of a Performance Bond and
receipt of a Certificate of Approval from the City Engineer as re—
quired by the Subdivision Ordinance.
