Dear Mr. Coupal.
As per our telephone conversation regarding the motorcade
the Junior League is planning for September 14th from North-
east Airlines Terminal on the arrival of the characters that
are participating in Frolic Day at Freese's on the 15th; we
are submitting the following route for the Safety Council's
approval at their September 11th meeting:
Starting from Northeast Airlines' Terminal at 4:00 P. M.
down outer Union Street to Hammond & Union Street traffic
light, then down Hammond Street around rotarg traffic (State
Harlow & Central Streets) up Main Street to Davenport Park.
There will be approximately seven cars in the Motorcade
including Mayor Carl Delete, Miss Sun Fun$ Miss Bangor -Brewer,
End of coTse the characters, Huckleberry Hound, etc.
If it is at all possible we would appreciate a telephone
call from you regarding this matter immediately after the
meeting in order that we can continue with our plans. I can
be reached at number 20232.
