Application for Mobilehome Park at 791 Ohio Street
Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the City Planning Board has
held a public hearing, concerning the above application, and
after careful consideration has unanimously voted that the
application be refused.
While the appiIcdtion has met all of the requirements
of the Mobilehome Ordinance, the Board felt that such a lo-
cation would seriously harm the surrounding residential develop-
ment and Impair future residential growth In this area.
Attached Is a petition of twenty-seven signatures of
people who live In the Immediate area objecting to the develop-
ment of this Mobilehome Park.

We the undersigned object to the location of a Trailer Park on the
property of George R. Peavey at 791 Ohio Street, for the reasons that;
1. The area
n the process of being developed for
residential purposes and aTrailer Park would materially affect future
residential c nstruction,an0 definitely lower neighborhood pro—
perty values.
2. Ohio Street is narrow and in poor repair and the
addition of a Trailer Park would increase traffic hazard.
3. There is no public s ewerage in the area and the
addition of a Trailer Park would create a Health problem
