While the appiIcdtion has met all of the requirements of the Mobilehome Ordinance, the Board felt that such a lo- cation would seriously harm the surrounding residential develop- ment and Impair future residential growth In this area. Peavey at 791 Ohio Street, for the reasons that; 1. The area n the process of being developed for residential purposes and aTrailer Park would materially affect future residential c nstruction,an0 definitely lower neighborhood pro— perty values. 2. Ohio Street is narrow and in poor repair and the addition of a Trailer Park would increase traffic hazard. 3.
