Hope Avenue and property belonging to the State of Maine Gentlemen Please be advised that the Planning Board has held a public hearing and given careful consideration to the above matter, and would respectfully recommend the City Councllfs approval. As in the zone change on the east side of Hogan Road, this area would benefit from the Hogan Road Interchange, and could be developed for general business without harming residential growth In this area. It is to be noted that the State of Maine lands will serve as an excellent buffer from residential growth. Respectfully submitted, A. GL r Wal Planning Director WAGS:k
