Be it ardaisudW WCtEy Cauwott wjeM pry oflianaar, ae (olbme: that the zone boundary I Ines asestablished by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor on January], 1954$ as amended, be hereby further amended as follows: Change from a Residence "A" Zone to a General Business Zone, a portion of land on the northeast corner of Earle Avenue and Lemist Street and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east street line of Lemist Street and the north street Iine of Earle Avenue. Thence, eastwardly along the said north street line of Earle Avenue for a distance of 160 feet now or formerly or to the western boundary of the now existing General Business Zone on the west side of Broadway. Thence, northwardly along the said western boundary of the now existing General Business Zone on the west side of Broadway for a distance of 160 feet more or less or to the southern boundary of lands now or formerly E. B. Parker. Thence, westwardly along the said southern boundary of lands now or formerly E. B. Parker for a distance of 115 feet more or less or to the east street tine of Lemist Street. Thence, southwardly along the said east street line of Lemist Street for a distance of 100 feet more or less or to the place of beginning. I have turned it war to our City Planner with a request that he prepare the necessary zone change order for submission to the City Council sued for consideration by the Planning Board. Gentlemen: We wish to request a zone change at the corner of Lamest St, and Earl Ave. on the lot which is directley in the rear of our plant at 460 Broadway. This request has become recessary due to the cut in the sidewalk grade of Broadway and due to the loss of parking apace which kas been lost in the so called improvement of Broadway. Our vehicles have been parking in front of our building but new this has to be eleminatad and we wish to park on the lot in the rear which we MOW own. Yours Modem Cleaners. By.
