Banger City Hall
Bangor, Me.
Gentlemen:
We wish to request a zone change at the corner of Lamest St, and
Earl Ave. on the lot which is directley in the rear of our plant
at 460 Broadway.
This request has become recessary due to the cut in the sidewalk
grade of Broadway and due to the loss of parking apace which kas
been lost in the so called improvement of Broadway. Our vehicles
have been parking in front of our building but new this has to
be eleminatad and we wish to park on the lot in the rear which we
MOW own.
Yours
Modem Cleaners.

Please be advised that the City Planning Board has held
a public hearing and given careful consideration to the above
City Council Order and would respectfully recommended that

for any commercial use surrounded on three sides
by Residential "An properties and such possible
commercial intrusion would be seriously detrimental
to the fee [dent lal proper Hes.
