I an also enclosing a copy of the letter that I would like the City of Bangor to sign: The proposed improvements are outlined in red pencil. Yap understand that I see requesting this letter Brom the City of Bangor as a property owner end not as a municipality with the right to issue permits and licenses. With respect to the problem of obtaining permission to use the city access road to this property, I would appreciate it if you would ask the Director of public Works for his written recommendation as we had discussed. It should be urderstood that the use of this road is to be a temporary arrangement, and that as soon as practicable, ( within appro#mately 90 days of our commencing con- struction on the dock) we will rebuild the right-of-way which is also shown on the sketch. ThEn10 you very much for your help in this matter.
