The Board would respectfully recommend the City Council is approval. There is a General Business Zone on the west side of DIII- ingham Street, and directly across the street from the proposed rezoning is a large service station in a "Standard Industry" Zone. It is the opinion of the Planning Board that the rezoning of these four 141 lots to General Business would not be detrimental to the surrounding neighborhood. Respectfully submitted, Walter A. G.
