On April 28, 1961, a final notice was sent to the owner, the heirs of Bra. Mary Cowan, but to date, no improvements have been made to this structure. I, therefore, recommend that this dwelling be removed and the matter be referred to the City Council for action. On September 13, a permit was issued to Mr. Barry to repair and alter this structure. On September 25, so inspection was made regarding the progress of this work and I find it is coming along satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to recommend that this order be tabled. Nr. Robert Barry has recently purchased this property from the heirs of Nary Cowan and has made satisfactory progress on the remodeling of this building.
