Every dwelling wit shall have central heat generating equipment properly installed and capable of safely heating all rooms except those used exclusively for sleeping purposes to a temperature of at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit measured at a distance of 36 inches above the floor level, under ordinary minimum winter conditions. Me requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to dwelling units used solely for se mal occupancy during the months of March through October. Section 1.7 Requirements for Venting. Each dwelling unit shall be provided with one o e masonary flues mad smoke or vent pipe connections or approvedequal arrangement to vent satisfactorily and safely say heating unit.
