Lots numbered twenty-six (26) and thirty-five (35) according to a Plan of Bangor Gaaden Homes prepared by Prentiss 8 Carlisle Co., Inc. and recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 20, page 84, said lots to be used by said Grantee, its successors and assigns, for street purposes only. 2. All of said Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the areas included within the street lines delineated an said Plan of Bangor Wear, Hames, recorded in Plan Book 20, pages 84-86, as amended by Plan recorded in Plan Book 20, page 108{ reserving, however, to the Grantor, his successors and assigns, a right of way for all purposes of a way over said street areas until the same shell be accepted by the City of Bangor as Public ways. 3.
