By the City Cownpf of Or City of Bandar. ORDERED, THAT WHEREAS Congress by P.L. 183, 80th Congress --approved on July 11, 1947, declared Kanduskeag Stream to be annavigable watervay Within the mapping of the Constitution of the United States and its law, and WHEK& S the City of Bangor is about to enclose, close off and cover e portion of Kenduakeag Stream for motor vehicle parking between the State Street bridge and Washington Street Bridge, and WIE1fedS, Riverview, Inc., a Corporation With its principal place of business in Bangor, is to become the own of the so-called Maine Central Railroad Station and adjoining land bordering on the easterly side of Kenduskeag Stream between the Washington Street bridge and the Maine Central Railroad track bridge, and WHEREAS, Riverview. Inc, is desirous of extending and improving its property to the fullest extent add value possible URdicid, TiIAT Riverview, Inc., its employees, agents and representatives be authorised to extend the easterly bank of the Kenduskeag Stream by means of gravel, rock, brick and any other form of suitable fill from a point at the juncture of the southerly gide of the Washington Street bridge With said bank to a point at the juncture of the northerly side of the Maine Central Railroad track bridge with said bank and out into said stream a distance at ne, point to exceed the line of the face of the easterly abutment of Washington Street bridge produced in a southerly direction to said rail- road track bridge and to a height not to exceed the surface of said bank and adjoin- ing land thereof, BUT PRUVIBRD AUSTIBEK that no extension of said bank shall occur for a distance of approximately fifty feet from the juncture of the southerly side of the Washington Street bridge with said bank until a certain pump house bas been constructed on and sewage drainage outlet pipes have been constructed and laid under and beyond the Washington Street bridge in acwrdance With contemplated plane for the so-called 6enduskeag Strom Parking Plaza Project, at whisk time upon approval of the City Engineer the remaining area may be filled in With materials and to We extent described above.
