lines as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor
on January 7, 1954, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
That change from Agricultural Zone to General Business Zone,
a portion of land on the east side of Union Street and being more
particularly described as follows:
To be changed to General Business: Beginning at a point
approximately 2,000 feet north of Westland Avenue and continuing
for 280 feet, more or lass, along Union Street, to a point.
Thence, eastwardly along the northern boundary line of property
fronting on Union Street for 790 fee, more or less, to a point.
Thence, southwardly along the property line for 290 feet, more
or less, to a point.
Thence, westwardly along the southern boundary line for 790 feet,
more or leu, or to the place of beginning.
The above being Intended to describe the property known now or
formerly known as Dean's Drive In.

City of Bangor an January 7, 1gN, as summed, be hereby further amandsd as
follawe:
That change from Agricultural Zone to General Neatness Zen, a
Portion of lam on the east side of Union Street and being more particularly
described as follewa:
