I WOULD LIKE SEWER SERVICE ON GRANDE VIEW AVENUE EXTENSION;
BETWEEN BROADWAY AND EVANS STREET.
260 FEET FROM BROADWAY STREET LINE RUNNING EAST WILL SUPPLY
SERVICE ADEQUATE FOR MY NEEDS.
I HAVE TALKED WITH MR HOWARD BURR WHOSE PROPERTY IS ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF THIS STREET. HE HAS NO NEED OF SERVILE BEYOND
THIS POINT.
MR. FRAWLEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATED FIBURE OF $3,500.00 FOR
350 FEET ALLOWING FOR 20% LEDGE. IN CHECKING WITH THE CONTRACTOR ,
BUILDING THIS ROAD I FIND THERE WILL BE NO LEDGE ENCOUNTERED
AS THEY HAVE ALREAbY BUG A DRAINAGE TRENCH 5 FEET DEEP BEYOND
THE 260 FOOT POINT WITH NO LEDGE. THIS WOULD ELIMINATE MUCH OF
THE COST.
THE COST WOULD BE MUCH GREATER I PRESUME, AFTER THIS STREET
IS PAVED. THEREFORE, PLEASE GIVE THIS YOUR EARLIEST CONSIDERATION.
