Carl E. Delano, Chiirman
and Members of Bangor City Council
Dear Sirs:
Darlingta is in the process of erecting a new
building at the corner of Pine and York Streets in
Bangor, with customer parking on tte premises. The
architect planned the driveway to serve five auto-
mobiles and this requires a 49 -foot width, i.e.,
driveway, on York Street, whereas, the City Ordinance
permits a 36 -Foot driveway only.
Therefore, it is respectfully requested that
authority be given us to construct our driveway 49
feet in width on York Street in accordance with the
plan herewith submitted.
Respectfully submitted,
DARLINGTS
