The above-described parcel is a part of the Martha M. lurch Trusts and contains approximately 464 square feet. No damages are recommended. No person or persons appeared at the time and place set for the meeting tc object to or claim damages by reason of said laying out. The City Engineer recommends that the above described widening be accepted and established as a part of the right-of-way of Clinton Street. An accurate plan accompanies this report.
