Dear Sirs:
This letter is written to request extension on the boundaries
where licensed vietualers may engage in business so as to
encompass $4.2 Main Street, Bangor, Maine.
I am acting as attorney for Miller's Restaurant, Inc., which
is applying for license Be a dispenser of mail liquors and
also intends to apply for license as a retail liquor dealer
in connection with its restaurant at the above address. The
ordinance as it is now Written prescribes an area which does
not include the above address and we would respectfully request
that it be amended accordingly.
We would appreciate this matter coming before the council
for its consideration at the earliest possible moment.
Yours very truly,
RUBIR & LYNCH
