IN RE: Request to purchase lot on Harfhorn Avenue
Sir:
I have reviewed the attached request to purchase this
lot of land and would respacffully report the following:
I. Lot size 7.8 feet by 138.7 feet which equals
1,080 sq, ft.
2. Assessed value equals $100
3. Offered purchased price equals $30
4. Upset price equals $50
5. Abutting owner notified
I have suggested an upset price of $50 which Is less
than the assessed value, as the assessed value seems far too
high to me.
Respectfully submitted,
