IN CM COUNCIL My 27, 1963 PASSED \\\(\ v ' MMF 141-Q ORDER TitL, AWHOWIZING MCVIT4p. 4F.6F66. 9Q. 5646 PROM TX8 CITY OP H om TO m STATE OF MAINE DISTRICT COURT ..................................... �d Y Cvmci BILL OF SALE KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT the City of Bangor, a Municipal Corpora- tion, located in Penobscot County, State of Maine, in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars (8500.00), paid by the State of Maine District Court, the receipt whereof it, the said City of Bangor does hereby acknowledge, has granted, bargained and Bold and by these presents does grant, bargain and sell unto the said State of Maine District Court the following described goods and chattels, namely: Five (5) light oak Court roan benches Two (2) light oak tables Four (4) green metal Gopusent files Three (3) stenographer chairs Four (4) oak side chairs TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said goods and chattels unto the said State of Maine District Court, its successors and assigns to its proper use, benefit and behoof forever. And it, the said City of Bangor, does avouch to be the true and lawful owner of the said goads and chattels, and has full power, good right and lawful authority to dispose of the same in manner aforesaid; and it does for its successors, and assigns hereby covenant and agree to warrant and defend the said goods and chattels against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever, unto the said State of Maine District Court, its successors and assigns. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of Bangor has hereunto set its hand and seal this day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty- three.
