To date, no improvements have been made to this dwelling and a final notice was seat to Mr. Waite on October 10, 1961. I, therefore, recommend that this structure be removed and the matter be referred to the City Council for action. Therefore, be it known that a hearing upon the subject matter of this notice will be held before the Municipal Officers of the City of Bangor, Maine on the 9Phh day of May A.D. 1962 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Roam, City Nall, in said Bangor, at which time you may appear in person or by your representative to be heard relative to whether or not said building nay be adjudged a nuisance or dangerous. Service of this notice is ordered made upon you at least seven (y) days before the date of hearing by causing a copy of this notice, duly attested by the City Clerk Of the City of Bangor,to be served upon you in hand, or by publishing in a newspaper in the City of Bangor, three weeks successively.
