further
ORDERED, that the following question be submitted to the voters of the
City of Bangor, Maine, at the Municipal Election to be held Oct. 0, 1962:
"Shall it be lawful to keep open to the public on the
Lord's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, November 11, and
Thanksgiving Day, hardware stores in the City of Bangor."

STATE OF MAINE
We, the undersigned, citizens and registered
voters of the City of Bangor in the County of Penobscot,
respectfully request that the Council of the City of
Bangor submit to the voters of the City of Bangor at
the next regular municipal election the following
question pursuant to Chapter 362, Section 2, Public
Laws, 1961, being Section 38A, Chapter 134, Revised
Statutes of Maine, 1954, as emended:
"Shall it be lawful to keep open to the
public on the Lord's Day, Memorial Day,
July 4th, November 11, and Thanksgiving
Day, hardware stores in the City of
Bangor."
