KMITIONAL T IS A MFITIONS
The U. S. Government reserves the right, as its interest m q require, to reject Wy
and all off sees or part of e9 offer to purchase evidenced by ale application; to
waive defects, informalities and irregularities; to permit alteration of this appld-
eation by the undersigned by increasing or decreasing the property to be ncqulred
herewith; and to make adjuatments in the bid prices set forth herein.
The undersigned further agrees that ands offer to purchase is made upon the further
terns and condtitions;
1. Upon approval of this applicetion, notice in writing of the consideration which
must be paid (in case of applications for park or recreational use only); the
extent of the property which mry be transferred; and of any boundary surveys
which may be required to be performed at the expense of toe trnnsferee will
be transmitted by the General Services Administration Regional Office N the
applicnnt.

party, shill not be sold, leased or otherwise disposal of except with the
comment of the Seoretnry, Depirtment of the Interior;
